What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

We have a virtual reception, and communications are handled through the chat services of the booking platforms, or via our WhatsApp Business number +39 352 0904505, which we answer from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (text only).

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Italian - English

Where is the property and how can I reach it?

The property is adjacent to Piazza Duomo, with the entrance at Via Piero Gobetti 4.
It can be reached by taxi or in a few minutes on foot from both Como San Giovanni and Como Lago train stations, as well as from the guarded parking lots Autosilo Valduce on Viale Lecco 6 and Parcheggio Centro Lago on Via Cavallotti 3/a.

Is parking available at the property?

We do not have our own parking, but there are several guarded parking lots just a few minutes’ walk from the property: Autosilo Valduce on Viale Lecco 6 and Parcheggio Centro Lago on Via Cavallotti 3/a.

Does the property have an elevator?

Yes.

What accessibility features does the property have?

Step-free entrance, apartments up to the third floor accessible by elevator, doorways wide enough for wheelchairs, sufficiently spacious apartments, some apartments wheelchair-adapted, walk-in shower.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes.

Are pets allowed?

No.

Do you provide a luggage storage service?

Not on the property, but just a few minutes’ walk away there is Safe Drop Luggage Storage at Via Collegio dei Dottori 10.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

Fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher; bathroom with washer/dryer; self-controlled heating and air conditioning; 40-inch Full HD TV; ultra-fast free Wi-Fi; Nespresso coffee machine.

Is a city tax required?

Yes, €3 per day per person for those over 14 years of age.
